Joanne Firestone has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as a Middle School English and Science Teacher at The Buckley School since August 2015. Prior to this role, Joanne worked as a Junior High Math and Science Teacher for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles from August 2007 to July 2015, and held positions as a Lead Teacher with both the Los Angeles Unified School District from August 1999 to July 2001 and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles from August 1998 to June 1999. Joanne holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Pepperdine University (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (1993-1997).
