Dick Uffelman is a Shareholder at Buckley Law P.C. since April 2001, specializing in a diverse range of legal matters including foreclosures, mortgage litigation, probate, trust administration, and condominium disputes. Uffelman has extensive courtroom experience, handling cases in Oregon state and federal courts, as well as bankruptcy and tax courts. Prior to this, Uffelman practiced law in both government and private sectors for over three decades. Uffelman holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Lewis & Clark College.
