Andrea Estrada Dávila is currently working as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Buckle My Shoe Nursery School, responsible for designing and implementing educational programs for 8+ students. Previously, she worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Headwaters School, focusing on the Spanish Program for students from K to 5th grade. With experience as a Preschool Teacher at Emmanuel Day School and Kindergarten Lead Teacher at AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF MONTERREY S.C., Andrea has a background in creating tailored lesson plans for children's learning styles. She also has experience in HR coordination at ADVENIO and as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at American School Foundation of Monterrey. Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies in Education from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology/Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
