Josh Hepworth is an experienced delivery manager and software development professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Contract Enterprise Delivery Manager at Buckhill Software since September 2023, Josh previously held the position of Contract Agile Delivery Manager at NRS Healthcare, where responsibilities included guiding platform and vendor selection and leading software delivery capabilities. With roles ranging from SCRUM Master at Severn Trent to Agile Project Manager at Red Box, Josh has demonstrated expertise in managing diverse teams and projects, particularly within the eCommerce sector during an extensive tenure at NEXT PLC. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from Newcastle University.
