Margarida Alves M.Ed. currently works as a 5th Grade Teacher at Buckeye Elementary School District since July 2023. Prior to this role, Margarida served as a 6th Grade Math Teacher and 5th Grade Teacher at Littleton Elementary School District #65 from July 2021 to May 2023, and as a 6th Grade Teacher and 5th Grade Teacher at Pioneer Preparatory Academy from August 2020 to July 2021, and at Pioneer Preparatory from May 2018 to July 2021. Margarida began a career in education as a 5th Grade Teacher at Buckeye Elementary School District from July 2014 to May 2018, following experience as a Lead Teacher at Tutor Time from October 2013 to July 2014. Before transitioning to education, Margarida held various roles at Best Buy, including Back Office Lead and Asset Protection Specialist. Margarida holds a Master of Education in Spanish Language & Literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Northern Arizona University.
