Paulina Kozikowska is a professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and marketing, currently holding the position of Global Online Sales and Experience at Bucherer AG since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina worked at Fossil Group, Inc. as E-commerce Operations Europe from April 2020 to February 2023. Previous positions include Controlling E-commerce Europe and Divisional Planning E-commerce Europe at Esprit from June 2017 to March 2020, Merchandising Eastern Europe at HUGO BOSS from July 2012 to June 2013, and Marketing and PR at Parfums Christian Dior from April 2010 to June 2012. Additional experience includes an internship at the U.S. Embassy Warsaw in 2010 and a market research internship at ABR SESTA in late 2008. Paulina holds an MA in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu.
