Maximilian Vietmeier has a diverse work experience starting in 2008, where they worked as a Trainee in Kraftverkehr Nagel GmbH & Co.KG. Maximilian then moved on to Carolin Vanity GmbH & Co. KG, where they served as a Project Manager Sales and Logistics from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Swiss International Air Lines as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later became a Business Analyst & Project Leader eCommerce from 2015 to 2017. From 2015 to 2018, Maximilian worked in Lufthansa Group, initially as a Team Lead Solution Design and later as part of the Online Strategy & Digital Partnership Management. Maximilian then became the Director, Head of Traffic Acquisition & Online Partnerships from 2020 until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director - Head of eCommerce & Marketing Technology at Bucherer AG, starting in October 2022.

Maximilian Vietmeier completed their education as follows:

- From 2013 to 2015, they studied at ZHAW School of Management and Law, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing.

- From 2008 to 2012, they attended FH Münster, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a Major in Logistics.

- In the same period (2008 to 2011), they also studied at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Münster, obtaining the title of Business Economist in Logistics.

- Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, Maximilian completed the IHK Logistics Manager Study, earning the Logistics Manager certification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Münster.

Furthermore, they hold several certifications, including:

- Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in August 2016.

- Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in July 2016.

- BULATS English C2 certification from the University of Cambridge, obtained in November 2013.

- Business English B2 certification from LCCI International Qualifications, obtained in February 2011.
