Dian Kharisma is a seasoned QHSE Practitioner with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across multiple industries. Currently employed at PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk since April 2015, Dian has a strong background in implementing QHSE management systems and compliance with ISM Code. Previous roles include HSE Supervisor at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Ltd, where responsibilities included ensuring safety compliance amid high-risk construction activities, and QHSE Coordinator at PT. Solstice Energy Services, focusing on the development of HSE programs in line with ISO and OHSAS standards. With earlier experience as QHSE Officer at PT Sarku Enjineering Utama and PT GWS Engineering, Dian has demonstrated expertise in safety procedures, emergency drills, and inspections, contributing to effective health and safety management in the oil and gas sector.
