Somchai Yuenyongkulwut has extensive experience in IT auditing, with roles at various companies throughout their career. Somchai currently serves as the Deputy Vice President and Head of IT Audit at Bualuang Securities since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Auditor Level 7 at BAM Thailand - Bangkok Commercial Asset Management from 2016 to 2021. Somchai also held the position of Senior IT Auditor at the Electronic Transactions Development Agency from 2015 to 2016 and at the Islamic Bank of Thailand from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Somchai worked as an IT Auditor at TMB Bank PCL from 2008 to 2012.

Somchai Yuenyongkulwut obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Computer from Phranakhon Rajabhat University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including ITIL4 Foundation, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineerā„¢ (CDPSEā„¢), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controlā„¢ (CRISC), Certified Information Security ManagerĀ® (CISM), Certified Information Systems AuditorĀ® (CISA), Security+, ITPE, ISO 27001 : Lead Auditor, and Project+.
