Saira Muzaffar began their work experience in 2007 as a News Editor for The Medium. Saira then moved on to become a Project Manager and Creative Director at Red Juice Media in August 2008. In 2009, they joined BTY Group as the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Saira Muzaffar attended the University of Toronto from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained an HBA degree in Political Science, Professional Writing and Communications, and History. Saira also received a certification in Indigenous Canada from Coursera in 2021.
