Michael Kanarellis is an experienced professional in the environmental consulting and research sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive at BTU Research since March 2009. Previously, from October 2012 to October 2016, Michael held the position of President at Ceres Environmental Consultants, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Angolan government and oil and gas operators on the management and remediation of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials. Prior to that, Michael was the COO at Simulis from 2000 to 2005. Michael Kanarellis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Technology from the University of Houston, earned between 1972 and 1975.
