Chris Casebeer is a seasoned Software Applications Manager with over 17 years of IT project management experience and 8 years in management roles. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at BTM Global since January 2022, Chris previously held positions at Sally Beauty and Logic Information Systems, where responsibilities included managing system integrations and multiple project implementations. Notable accomplishments include leading the integration from MS Dynamics and Salesforce into the Customer Engagement system at Sally Beauty, as well as managing various payment system updates and Xstore enhancements across multiple organizations. Chris's early career included roles at Hugo Boss US, Dick's Sporting Goods, Ciber, and Booz Allen Hamilton, contributing to significant improvements in retail operations and technology solutions. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University.
