Hanah No has a work experience timeline that begins in 2019 with an internship at Common House as a Software Engineer Intern. In 2020, they participated in the Software Engineering Summit at Capital One. The following year, in 2021, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at BTI360. Finally, in 2022, they joined BTI360 as a Software Engineer.

Hanah No completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended King High School from 2014 to 2018, where they received an International Baccalaureate Diploma. In addition to their academic degrees, Hanah obtained certifications such as the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in August 2021 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022.
