Kathleen Wirtz has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently, Kathleen serves in a human resources position at BTE - The Technology of Human Performance since 2011. Prior to this, Kathleen worked as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners for Kent County Commissioners from September 2006 to April 2011. Kathleen's background also includes serving as Practice Administrator at Chester River Behavioral Health, LLC from July 1993 to April 2008, and as the Administrative Assistant to the President & CEO at Chesapeake Bank & Trust Company from July 1990 to July 1993. Additionally, Kathleen held the position of General Manager at Merritt Athletic Clubs/Annapolis Court Club from January 1979 to June 1987.
