Throughout their career, Brian has held positions such as Director of Operations, Plant Manager, NAFTA Strategic Manufacturing & New Product Launch Specialist, World Class Manufacturing Manager, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer Manager, Manufacturing Engineer & Six Sigma Black Belt, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Brian has a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, new product launches, and team leadership. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering.
