Paul Lu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and program protection. Currently serving as a Program Protection Engineer at BTAS, Inc. since 2017, Paul's expertise includes delivering systems engineering and security engineering products for the Air Force Satellite Control Network. Prior to this role, Paul was a Systems Engineer at Leidos from 2010 to 2017, where contributions included supporting significant contracts related to satellite operations. Additionally, Paul held the position of Systems Engineer Sr. Staff at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company from 1997 to 2009, executing important tasks for defense and intelligence programs and earning a Special Recognition Award for work on the Space-Based Infrared System. Paul holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin.
