Malcolm B. has extensive experience in telecommunications and emergency services. Since May 2015, Malcolm has been involved with Carmarthenshire Raynet, supporting emergency planning and local services. As a longstanding employee at BT since August 1974, Malcolm has held roles such as Telecoms Engineering Planner and DOR manager, focusing on project management, core fibre planning, and broadband technologies. Additionally, Malcolm is an active member of the St Tybie Amateur Radio Club and previously served as Chairman of the Fareham & Gosport Amateur Radio Club from January 1988 to September 2014, holding a Class A license. Malcolm's education was completed at Bishopsfield from 1969 to 1974.
