Caroline Hirsch Hart is a professional with diverse experience in customer success and coaching. Currently a Customer Success Specialist at BT Partners since May 2022, Caroline has previously held the role of Training Coordinator and Customer Success Specialist at Navigate360 from July 2021 to May 2022. Experience also includes serving as Warranty Manager at ACK (Austin Canoe & Kayak) and as a Volleyball Coach at Texas Fury Volleyball Club since August 2018. Caroline began a career in the nonprofit sector with a position at Susan G. Komen as part of the Race for the Cure program in 2018. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Texas State University.
