Shishir Ranjan Srivastava is an experienced professional in the field of technical design and consulting, specializing in Genesys systems. Since November 2014, Shishir has held the position of Genesys Technical Design Architect at BT Ireland and served as Genesys TDA at Tech Mahindra Ltd. Prior experience includes a role as a Genesys Technical Specialist at Tech Mahindra from June 2011 to June 2019, a Genesys Technical Specialist at Wipro Infotech from February 2009 to June 2011, a Genesys consultant at ABS INDIA PVT LTD from May 2008 to February 2009, and a Technical Engineer in Telecom at Cyberstar Infocom Pvt. Ltd. from December 2006 to April 2008.
