Michael Greville is a seasoned Project Manager at BT Ireland, with a career spanning from August 2006 to the present. In the role of Service Introduction Manager, Michael leads the Networks function in introducing and maintaining products, services, and processes in alignment with bids and product delivery. Michael collaborates with teams across Product, Global Services, and IT to ensure successful product launches and changes. Previously, as the Service Delivery Order Operations Team Manager, Michael managed the OLO team responsible for order processing and validation with third-party operators.
