Colm Harpur is an experienced professional in network architecture and design, currently serving as the Architecture Planning Manager at BT Ireland since January 2021, where responsibilities include the rollout of Core DWDM & Ethernet networks and the design of major customer corporate solutions. Previously, Colm held positions such as Network Design Professional and Transmission Design Professional at BT and British Telecom from 2007 to January 2021 and June 2000 to January 2021, respectively, focusing on designing PDH, SDH, and DWDM networks. Early career experience includes a role as Transmission Engineer at Level 3 Communications and a Merchandiser position at Diageo Australia in 2005, following an initial role at Esat BT.
