Ömer Tetik serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Banca Transilvania since 2013 and has been a Member of the Board of Directors at BT Capital Partners since 2015. Tetik was a Member of the Board of Nominees at Fondul Proprietatea from 2021 until March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at CreditEuropeBank SA from 2010 to 2013 and holding multiple roles such as Prime Vice President, Vice President, and Deputy Vice President at CreditEuropeBank SA, Romania from 2000 to 2010. Tetik's career began at Finansbank AS Istanbul as a Treasury Dealer from 1996 to 1997, followed by a position as Director of Treasury & Capital Markets at Finansbank Moscow Ltd from 1997 to 2000. Tetik holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University, completed in 1996, and attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi from 1984 to 1991.
