Elisa Maria Bozac currently serves as an Officer in the back office at BT Capital Partners since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing confidential client documents and providing exceptional customer service. Previously, Elisa worked as a Human Resources Trainee at PSIHOSELECT from June 2021 to October 2021, focusing on candidate sourcing and job description development. Elisa also gained experience as a Reenactor with the Cultural Association for Life History from May 2014 to October 2018 and briefly as a Call Center Operator at Institul Român pentru Evaluare și Strategie in February 2017. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Babes-Bolyai University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (2017-2020).
