Hoan Doan Thi Khai, also known as Grace, currently serves as a Strategic Partnership Manager at BSS Group since January 2023, focusing on empowering business through a global partner network. Previously, Grace worked as a Business Development Manager at BSS Group, establishing the company's presence in the SEA region. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Assistant to the Vice President at TIKI Corporation, where responsibilities involved managing key projects and improving employee engagement. Grace has held various positions at PACE Institute of Management, including Client Development Team Leader and Learning and Development Consultant. Early career highlights include serving as Program Director at YDC Corporation, leading the "I'm gifted! And So are you" course. Grace holds a Master of Science in People and Organization Development from IÉSEG School of Management, an MBA from CFVG, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
