Vasiliki-Zoi Arvaniti

Master's Thesis at BSRC Alexander Fleming

Vasiliki-Zoi Arvaniti is currently engaged in a Master's thesis at BSRC Alexander Fleming, focusing on the characterization of age-associated intestinal stroma under the supervision of Dr. Vasiliki-Zoi has previously completed a research internship at the same institution, working on CRISPR-mediated Cxcl1 deletion in mouse fibroblasts and ex vivo profiling of synovial fibroblasts at Koliaraki Lab and Armaka Lab, respectively. Vasiliki-Zoi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, where research included the effects of hemoglobin mutations on the proteostasis of senescent red blood cells, alongside roles as a research assistant. Additional experience includes immunological training at Evangelismos Athens General Hospital. Currently, Vasiliki-Zoi is pursuing a Master's degree in Molecular Biomedicine at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
