Emma Majernik is an experienced Trip Leader at Backroads since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing logistics and providing exceptional customer service for outdoor adventure trips. Concurrently, Emma serves as Front Desk Staff at B/SPOKE Studios, focusing on corporate outreach and client relations. Emma's previous roles include Project Specialist and Digital Marketing and Web Design Lead at Reliable Respiratory, where website management and content creation were key tasks. Earlier experiences include serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Boston College, a Product Marketing Intern at Klara, a Marketing Intern at Advanced Instruments, and an Annual Fund Intern at Noble and Greenough School. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Boston College.
