Randi Reed has over a decade of professional experience in customer service and legal assistance. Since June 2011, Randi has been working as a Customer Service Representative at BSI Financial Services Inc. Prior to this role, Randi gained valuable experience as a Legal Assistant at Butcher & Winkler from May 2010 to October 2010, where responsibilities included preparing legal documents, conducting research, filing, and various office tasks. Randi holds an Associates Degree in Legal Assistance from DuBois Business College, completed between 2008 and 2010, and is a graduate of Titusville High School.
