Julie Hart has over 35 years of experience in operations, business development, and executive search. Currently serving as Administrative Partner and General Manager at BSG Team Ventures since June 2014, Julie Hart plays a pivotal role in recruiting builder-leaders for growth sector industries, particularly in the private equity space. Prior to this, Julie Hart was the Director of Operations and Business Development at Alliance Companies LLC, specializing in partnership development within the payments industry. Julie Hart also held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations at The Kessler Group, focusing on affinity credit card sales and consulting. Julie Hart holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Business Administration from Salem State University and has further education from Nottingham Trent University.
