Monte Hoover

Principal at BSA LifeStructures

Monte Hoover currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning, teaching a class focused on Healthcare Planning & Design for upper-level students. With extensive experience at BSA LifeStructures since 1984, Monte has held significant leadership roles, including Master Facility Planner, President from 1994 to 2001, and Chairman from 2002 to 2014. Following retirement from the Chairman position, Monte has redirected attention to client advisory services regarding the management and design of healthcare facilities. Monte holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University.
