Grant Baker has a varied work experience starting from 2013. Grant worked as a Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard at the City of Northglenn from April 2013 to August 2014. Then, they joined the Northglenn Fusion Swim Club as a Swim Coach from August 2014 to August 2018, where they coached athletes in competitive USA-level swimming and organized team activities.
In 2016, Grant worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder. Grant primarily focused on modeling and analyzing shallow water dispersive waves and developing numerical techniques for solving ordinary differential equations. Grant also worked as a Learning Assistant during this time.
In 2017, Grant was a Software Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman. After that, they joined Oracle as a Data Scientist in the Oracle Data Cloud team from July 2018 to February 2021. Currently, Grant is working as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Bryte since February 2021.
Grant Baker completed their high school education at Horizon High School, receiving a High School Diploma in 2015. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2015 to 2019. During this period, Grant earned a Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics.
