Jessica Taylor currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Bryson Gillette, a position held since March 2022, and has previously held managerial roles in strategic operations and political and public affairs within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at FreeWill as Onboarding Manager and Senior Associate, Partnerships Associate, and various positions in political campaigns, such as Absentee Ballot Data Coordinator for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign, Regional Organizing Director for Warren for President, and Regional Field Director for Elizabeth Warren for MA. Early career experience includes a staff assistant role in the U.S. Senate and substitute teaching with West Springfield Public Schools. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, where involvement included sports management and service on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
