Millicent Bond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in higher education and legal sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Secretary of the College at Bryn Mawr College since May 2012, Millicent has held multiple roles within the institution, including Executive Director of Constituent Engagement, Director of Alumnae Relations, and Development Officer. Prior experience includes the position of NALP/Street Law Legal Diversity Pipeline Fellow at NALP- The Association for Legal Professionals and a Summer Associate role at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Millicent also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Sunoco and as a Teacher at The Episcopal Academy. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
