Michael Millett, Esq. is a seasoned attorney specializing in public finance, currently serving as bond and disclosure counsel at Bryant Miller Olive P.A. since March 2023, focusing on municipal bonds and tax-exempt financing for various Florida governmental entities. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Institutional Risk Management at Raymond James, where responsibilities included senior management and legal oversight, and Vice President of Operations at Weatherford Capital, overseeing legal negotiations and company operations. Additionally, Michael has held positions at Holland & Knight LLP as bond counsel, Citi in Global Finance managing broker-dealer regulation, and Goldman Sachs as an Associate Analyst in mortgage-backed securitization.
