David Rothman is an experienced attorney specializing in public finance and municipal law. Currently serving as Bond Counsel at Bryant Miller Olive P.A. since November 2020, David advises County Housing Authorities on multifamily housing development and financing for airports and public universities. Prior experience includes roles as a Procurement Officer for the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers and as a Board member for Cortlandt Manor. David's earlier experience includes practicing at Harris Beach PLLC, where focus areas included industrial development financing and general obligation bond financings, and serving as Assistant County Attorney in Westchester County, handling real property acquisitions and affordable housing projects. David's foundational legal work includes positions as a Law Clerk, Contract Paralegal, and in various internships that provided exposure to legislative processes and immigration law. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, with a concentration in Business Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Union College.
