Mehdi El Khaldi has been working in the field of digital customer experience and CRM for several reputable companies. Mehdi started their career at Agoria as a Student Consultant in 2014. After that, they joined Proximus as a Digital Transformation Strategist in 2015. In 2017, they worked at Belfius as an E-signing product owner. In 2018, they joined Brussels Airlines as a CRM Manager and later became the Head of CRM and Loyalty. In 2023, they moved to Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar as a Loyalty Lead. Mehdi El Khaldi completed their secondary education at Collège Saint-Pierre Jette from 2002 to 2008. Mehdi then attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Ingénieur de Gestion. In 2014, they also had a short-term experience at the National University of Singapore.
