Lionel Severyns possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in cabin crew roles. Currently serving as the On-board Product and Service Manager within the Cabin Department Management Team at Brussels Airlines since June 2002, Lionel has also functioned as a Cabin Crew Coach and held the position of Senior Cabin Crew Member - Purser, focusing on high-level customer service related to safety, security, and comfort, while managing and evaluating cabin crew teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Cabin Crew Member at Sabena from November 1998 to November 2001 and as a Cabin Crew Member at SOBELAIR in 1998. Throughout this career, Lionel has consistently provided safe and comfortable travel experiences for guests, effectively addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
