Dorothea von Boxberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Brussels Airlines since April 2023, von Boxberg also holds a position as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Continental. Prior to their current roles, von Boxberg was the Chief Executive Officer of Lufthansa Cargo from August 2015 to April 2023, where additional responsibilities included the role of Chief Financial Officer from April 2020. Von Boxberg's earlier roles at Lufthansa involved strategic leadership in global sales management, customer experience, and product management. Additionally, experience includes a directorial position at Star Alliance and a consulting role at The Boston Consulting Group. Academic qualifications include degrees from Technische Universität Berlin and ESCP Business School in business engineering and business administration.
