Carl Schenten has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering and sales field. Carl started their career as a Process Engineer at HOWMET ARCONIC HSAS in 1989. Carl then worked as a Metallurgist and Manufacturing Engineer at Federal-Mogul Powertrain from 1993 to 1997. Carl subsequently held the position of Engineering Manager - Gaskets at the same company from 1997 to 2007. In 2007, they joined General Motors as a Technical Specialist in Sealing and Transmission Engineering until 2010. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering and Sales at Bruss North America since January 2019.

Carl Schenten earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Carl attended this institution from 1984 to 1989. Later, in 1999 to 2000, they pursued post-graduate study in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Virginia during a work-study program.
