Gillian Hanley is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer operations and property management. Currently serving as Customer Operations Manager at Bruntwood since November 2009, Gillian is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and excelling in the field through hard work and skill. Previously, as a Property Manager, Gillian managed over 250,000 sq ft of multi-occupied office space, focusing on strategic planning and operational management while enhancing the customer experience. Earlier roles include General Manager for the Isla Gladstone Conservatory during the redevelopment of Stanley Park and Food and Beverage Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland, where Gillian oversaw catering services for the RBS European Headquarters. Educational background includes attendance at Lornshill Academy in Scotland from 1972 to 1976.
