Johan Almén is an accomplished Systems Development Manager at Brummer & Partners, leading an agile development team focused on transaction management systems since August 2011. Previously, Johan served as a Solution Architect, overseeing the migration to modern investment management systems, and as CTO at Perceptum Asset Management, where responsibilities included designing and operating investment systems for an algorithm-driven hedge fund. Johan's earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Architect/Developer at Alliansor AB and a Founding Partner at Exmentis Software, both in the financial services sector. Johan began a career in software development at Entra Capital Solutions and Mixware, specializing in back office systems for investment firms. Johan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
