Serge Hauser serves as the Global Head of Sales OEM at BRUGG Pipes since September 2023. Previously, Serge held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing at XVentum GmbH from December 2019 to July 2023, contributing to advancements in wind and solar development. An advisor at Early Metrics from March 2019 to May 2020, Serge established the DACH organization and managed a team while acquiring contracts for commercial due diligence. Serge's early career included roles at PwC in France and Switzerland, focusing on business development for family businesses and SMEs, as well as leading marketing and sales initiatives at Bureau Veritas. Prior experience includes a position as Project Financial Controller at Bombardier Transportation and Financial Auditor at PwC Switzerland. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Unternehmensentwicklung, Strategisches Management, Leadership, and Change Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, along with a degree from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
