Robert Stewart, P.E., PTOE is a seasoned Senior Traffic Engineer at Brudis & Associates, Inc. since April 2022, with extensive expertise in managing and designing multi-discipline projects for state, county, and local jurisdictions. Previously, Robert held key roles at the Maryland State Highway Administration, including Team Leader, responsible for the oversight of traffic control devices and intelligent transportation system designs, and Project Manager, where project coordination and management of complex state projects were paramount. Prior experience also includes positions as Traffic Design Engineer at Daniel Consultants, Inc. and STV, where Robert led traffic design initiatives and provided professional services for various transportation projects. Robert began their career with an internship at the Maryland State Highway Administration and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Transportation from the University of Maryland.
