Robert A (Bob) Delveaux has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies within the food industry. Currently serving as General Manager at BrucePac since December 2014, Delveaux oversaw the launch and local management of a new facility. Prior to this, Delveaux was General Manager at JCP Specialty Foods, where a divestiture program resulted in over 60% ROI for shareholders. Delveaux also held the position of CFO at J.C. Potter Sausage Company, initially contracted to improve financial systems before being hired full-time. As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, Delveaux worked closely with clients to implement strategic changes. Delveaux holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, where the CPA qualification was obtained.
