In 2022 Andrey Co-Founded BRIGHTSIDE AI. In 2023, BRIGHTSIDE joined the Trust Village incubator in Lausanne and then the Swiss Tech4Trust accelerator.

Andrey Suzdaltsev attended Queen Mary University of London, where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Computer Science. Andrey then pursued further education at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Big Data. Prior to his university studies, Andrey Suzdaltsev attended St. George's International School in Switzerland.
