Marcelo Ferraz Pacheco has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marcelo started their career as an English Language Teacher at CNA from 2006 to 2008. Marcelo then worked as a Graphic Web Designer at Agência MaPa - Comunicação Integrada from 2011 to 2014. After that, they joined New Vegas as a Creative Art Director, where they were responsible for campaign concepts, branded content, and visual assets for digital campaigns. Marcelo worked at New Vegas from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, Marcelo also took on the role of Reporter at Tenho Mais Discos Que Amigos!, where they contributed news articles, conducted interviews, and reviewed albums and live concerts. From 2018 to 2019, Marcelo worked as the Brazil Label Representative at Common Ground Records, pitching artists and developing release campaign strategies. Marcelo then worked as a Creative Art Director at DM9DDB from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Creative Designer at Creditas from 2019 to 2022. More recently, Marcelo worked as a Creative Art Director at Publicis Brasil from 2022 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Senior Art Director at BRQ Digital Solutions, where they oversee and validates the work of junior Art Directors in the Retail squad. In this role, they are responsible for developing pieces, key visuals, and campaigns for various retail products.
Marcelo Ferraz Pacheco completed a Postgraduate degree in Journalism at Faculdade Cásper LÃbero from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, from 2008 to 2011. Marcelo completed their high school education at Colégio Objetivo Indaiatuba from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Marcelo has also acquired certifications in "Privacidade e Proteção de Dados" from Creditas Academy in 2022 and "Music Business Foundations" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
