Adolfo Luna, EIT, is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in both private industry and government agencies. Currently employed at BRPH since March 2017, Adolfo has previously worked as a Student Assistant at the California Department of Water Resources, where responsibilities included AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting for flood risk reduction projects and climate change integration into floodplain management. Earlier experience includes a civil engineering internship at the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, conducting on-site evaluations and assisting with project permit approvals. Adolfo was also involved with Engineers Without Borders as Secretary, managing organization logistics and fundraising efforts, and gained foundational skills as an apprentice at PES Environmental Inc. Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
