Srishti Pande started their work experience in May 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zycus. Srishti then moved on to work as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Newfold Digital from October 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they are working at BrowserStack, first as a Recruiter from July 2021 to March 2023, and from April 2023 onwards, they hold the position of Senior Recruiter.

Srishti Pande completed their Master's degree in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Services from the Aditya Institute of Management and Research (AIMSR) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management and Services from Thakur College of Science & Commerce.

In terms of additional certifications, Srishti has acquired various qualifications. Srishti obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Marketing on LinkedIn, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn in May 2021. Additionally, they completed a certification in Time Management & Productivity Best Practices from Udemy in December 2020. In May 2020, they earned a certification in Interviewing Techniques from LinkedIn. Srishti also received a Certificate of Merit from Rustomjee Business School in December 2017.
