Roshani Singhvi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roshani currently works at BrowserStack as a HR Business Partner, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, developing hiring strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, and leading employer branding initiatives. Prior to this, Roshani worked at WalkWater Talent Advisors as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they provided consulting services for talent acquisition. Roshani also worked as a Senior Specialist and Specialist at Alticus Consulting, a unit of WalkWater Talent Advisors. Roshani has previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Reliance Jio - Saurashtra (region) and as a Summer Intern at Black Turtle. Roshani started their career as a System Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Roshani Singhvi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MAIET, UOR, from 2005 to 2009. Roshani then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) between 2014 and 2016.
