Mark Gomes has a diverse work experience in the field of billing and account support. Mark started their career at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions in 2015 as a Community Associate, where they handled payment-related grievances for Hotstar Premium and responded to consumer's grievances over social media and email. In 2016, they joined BrowserStack as a Billing & Account Receivables Specialist.
