Shelly Taff possesses extensive experience in the field of education, serving as an English Teacher at Brownwood ISD since 2021, as well as previous roles at Santa Anna ISD from 2018 to 2020, Coleman ISD from 2017 to 2018, and Andrews ISD from 2011 to 2015. Taff also held the position of Executive Director at the Early Chamber of Commerce between 2017 and 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English/Government/Teacher Education obtained from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB) and an Associate of Arts from Odessa College.
